No Downpayment Needed: We currently do not require a downpayment to secure your slot. We trust our clients to respect our schedule.

Full Payment: Since no downpayment is required, full payment must be settled immediately after the shoot session, before leaving the studio.

Last-Minute Cancellations: If you need to cancel, you must notify us at least one (1) hour before your scheduled appointment.

Blacklist Penalty: Failure to cancel at least an hour before, or completely "ghosting" your appointment, means we will permanently decline any future business with you.

One Client Per Day: We typically only schedule one client/group per day to give you our full, unhurried focus.

Running Late: Even though you are the only booking of the day, you must still message us if you are running late.

30-Minute Grace Period: Arriving more than 30 minutes late without any message automatically forfeits your booking, and we will no longer engage in business with you in the future.

48-Hour Notice: Requesting to reschedule a confirmed session must be made at least 48 hours prior to your shoot.

Exceptions: Sudden emergencies and Force Majeure (extreme weather, power outages, etc.) are exempted from the 48-hour rule and will be rescheduled smoothly.

Strict Group Limits: Because we operate out of a cozy home studio space, we enforce a strict cap of 8 to 10 adults maximum inside the studio area.

Solo Shoot Companions: For individual solo sessions, you are permitted to bring a maximum of three (3) companions or chaperones to keep the environment comfortable and organized.

Property Liability: Clients are fully liable for any physical damage caused to studio equipment (lights, backdrops, cameras) or property due to negligence or misconduct during the session.

On-the-Spot Selection: You will review, proof, and select your final images on the spot immediately after your session.

Selection Time Limit: Clients are allocated a maximum of 20 to 30 minutes to finalize their selections so we can save and archive your choices right away.

Retouching Scope: Standard packages include our signature color grading, lighting adjustments, and clean skin/blemish cleanups. Complex digital alterations (e.g., body reshaping, heavy digital manipulation, or wardrobe changes via Photoshop) are not included.

Creative Autonomy: Booking Studio Alkhali implies that you trust and accept our unique photographic style, lighting configurations, and editing aesthetic.

Turnaround Time: Final edited images will be delivered via a secure digital gallery link. Estimated turnaround is 2 to 4 days for individual shoots and 5 to 7 days for group shoots—however, all final delivery timelines depend entirely on the total number of photos selected.

RAW Files Policy: Unedited RAW files are available upon request, provided they are asked for nicely.

RAW Delivery & Storage: Requested RAW files will be sent via a Google Drive link. This link will remain active for 15 days only. Please make sure to download and backup your files immediately, as the link will expire and files will be cleared from our cloud storage after this period.

Copyright Ownership: Studio Alkhali retains full copyright ownership over all images captured during the session.

Client Usage License: You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the final photos for personal use, social media profiles, and self-promotion. Images may not be resold or used for commercial brand advertisements without a separate commercial agreement.

Self-Editing RAWs: If you request and receive the RAW files, you are permitted to edit them yourself. However, we kindly advise that you do not tag Studio Alkhali on photos you have edited on your own, as the final look no longer reflects our brand's specific style.

Studio Portfolio Right: The studio reserves the right to use final edited images for promotional purposes (social media portfolios and website displays). If you prefer to keep your session entirely private, simply notify us before the shoot.
